Laughter at the Old Bell Hotel, Derby

Funhouse Comedy Club is back at The Old Bell Hotel, Derby on Friday January 27th for more fun and laughter.

Headlining the night is the compelling and frank Daliso Chaponda who hails from Malawi, where his father is a government minister. He started his comedy career in Canada with the much-admired one man show ‘Feed This Black Man’. With the ability to talk about anything from politics and religion to romance, he amuses his audiences with his distinctive accent and unique outlook on the world.

Supporting will be the quirky and original Lee Kyle who for nine years was a professional wrestler before deciding to take up comedy; by using a variety of props in his act he appeals to everyone.

Also appearing will be the down to earth ‘proper Manc’ Danny Sutcliffe with his cheery persona and great one-liners.

Compere for the night will be the genial and naturally witty Chris Brooker.

Tickets are £10 in advance
